The regenerative air preheat principle was used only for larger units in the past. Higher energy prices made this principle also attractive for smaller units like the onew which are used in strip processing lines and heat treating furnaces. The REGEMAT is a single regenerative burner which can replace self recuperative burners without major changes. The burners are supplied preassembled with all valves and controls. Every burner is fired and extensively tested before shipping.
